a. Construction and design of dams, all types of dams

b. Revision or review of design of dams and reservoirs, engineering planning;, and plans for river basins；

c. Technical consultation and services on design and supervision on hydro and water projects;

d. Dispute mediations on construction technology, construction schedule, construction quality of hydro and water resource projects

e. The exchangeable technical services with non-membership countries

 4. While money making while NCD curing 

a. NCD patient come to China for NCD curing can saved $ 24,000 and eliminate NCD pain torment;
b. NCD patient whose family’s economy is badly hard can pay half a curing fee and a part-time work is got from FKOO at his request if his body is good.
   The part-time workers can get 3000RMB monthly in China, equaling to $500 USD monthly. The monthly cost for NCD curing is $210 or so. Thus $290 can    be    earned monthly during his NCD curing period.
