The Dashixia project has comprehensive utilization function such as irrigation, flood control and power generation, etc. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 1.174 billion cubic meters with the installed capacity of 750,000 kw. The main dam is CFRD of gravels with the maximum dam height of 247 m.
The estimated total investment is 8.988 billion RMB. The total construction period is 102 months.
